Afternoon In-person Advising via Zoom
Monday - Thursday 1 p.m. to 4 p.m Pacific Time
Schedule an appointment

Individual in-person advising will be available on a first-come, first-served basis by appointment.  Students can book appointments 1 day in advance.  Students will be placed in a waiting room until they are called upon.  Please do not book more than one appointment slot per day.  Please be prepared with your Stanford student ID number.

*Note: You may have to wait up to 30 minutes in Zoom to be seen after the start of your scheduled appointment time. Up to 3 students may register for the same appointment time and advising is limited to 10 minutes per student. The afternoon advisor knows that you are waiting, please do not email the advisor.

If you are advised over Zoom and had sent an email prior to being advised, your email will be deleted from the queue so as not to duplicate services.

***Please note the afternoon in-person advising schedule is subject to change due to the COVID-19 crisis and sheltering-in-place impacting staff availability.

You can also schedule a Zoom appointment with one of our international student advisors:

Friday Morning Group Advising
Friday 9 a.m. to 10 a.m. Pacific Time

Passcode: 722910

Group advising is being used to address the high volume of students requesting to have their general questions answered through in-person advising, while trying to serve as many students as possible.  Students can ask general questions through the Q&A function during the session.  Due to the nature of group advising, if you have personal questions about your individual situation you may want to schedule an appointment through afternoon zoom advising.
