J-1 scholars and administrators

  • Walk-in advising every Thursday from 1 to 4 p.m. No appointment necessary. 

  • Zoom advising every Monday from 1 to 4 p.m.

Request J-1 Advising

Please note:

  • The advisor will know that you are in the waiting room, so there is no need to email the advisor.
  • If you sent an email prior to your appointment and that concern was resolved during your appointment, your email will be deleted from the queue so as not to duplicate services.

H-1B scholars and administrators 

You may request an appointment for advising support by phone or Zoom. Simply, email our international scholar advisors with your request.
