Document Drop Off & Pick Up

Document drop-off hours are Monday through Friday from 8:30 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. during Bechtel International Center's regular business hours.

If you are dropping off documents, they can be left in the red mailbox in the Bechtel International Center lobby. Students and scholars can also drop off I-20/DS-2019s for a travel signature.  

Documents can be picked up in the lobby on the following weekday between 8:30 a.m. and 4:30 p.m. You can find them in an envelope in the mail holder on the first floor by the stairs, sorted by last name.

Travel Signatures

If you need a travel signature, you can visit the center Monday through Friday from 10 a.m. to noon or 1 to 4 p.m. For more details, read this Travel Signature webpage.

H-1B Pick-Up Hours

If you need to pick up H-1B documents, you can visit the center Monday through Friday 10 a.m. to noon or 1 to 4 p.m.
