Document Drop Off & Pick Up

Document drop-off hours are Monday through Friday from 9 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. during Bechtel International Center's regular business hours.

If you are dropping off documents, they can be left in the red mailbox in the Bechtel International Center lobby. Students and scholars can drop off I-20/DS-2019s for a travel signature in the mailbox as well.   

Document Pickup Hours

Documents can be picked up at our front office, once notified, between 9 a.m. and 4:30 p.m. Monday - Friday, except for Tuesday, the hours are between 1-4:30pm. Please also note the front office will be closed daily for lunch between 12-12:30pm daily, so please plan accordingly.
