You can reserve these Bechtel International Center spaces for events:

Event Hours

The spaces are available for reservations during the following hours:

  • Monday through Friday: 4:30 to 9 p.m.

  • Saturday: 10 a.m. to 11 p.m.

  • No events permitted on Sundays

Availability during winter and spring breaks, summer quarter, and holidays may be different.

Space availability hours include both the event itself and the setup and cleanup time. You must dedicate at least one hour of setup time and one hour of cleanup time. (This requirement is subject to change depending on the scale of the event.) For more details, see Other Requirements and Guidelines below.

On rare occasions, you may be permitted to book events outside of the standard available hours. You must submit an extended-hours request at least two weeks before your event. The approval of your reservation is contingent upon our ability to arrange for Bechtel staff to cover the extra hours. If we cannot arrange for Bechtel staff to cover your event — from the start of setup to the end of cleanup — we may not be able to approve your reservation.

We determine fees when assessing the space and time requested and the nature of your event. We determine and discuss fees only after you submit a space reservation request and we approve it. If you have immediate questions, contact us at
