The Charles B. Rangel International Affairs Program oversees the Rangel International Affairs Graduate Fellowship. It seeks to attract and prepare outstanding young people for careers as diplomats in the Foreign Service of the U.S. Department of State. The Rangel Program is a unique partnership between Howard University and the U.S. Department of State, with strong support from the U.S. Congress.
