This page provides both general and specific information for students, scholars and department administrators about our Autumn term service offerings.
Our center is open from 10:00 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. Monday through Friday.
If you are dropping off documents, they can be left in the red lockbox in the Bechtel Center lobby during our open office hours. Students and scholars can also drop off I-20 /DS-2019s for a travel signature. Documents can be picked up in the lobby on the next weekday between 10 a.m. and 4:30 p.m. You will find them in an envelope in a mail holder by the stairs. They will be sorted by last name.

Our virtual advising is available over Zoom. Make an appointment with us through this webpage.
Starting September 13, we will begin offering in-person student advising services. If you are a student, you may visit our center for walk-in advising from 1 to 4 p.m. Monday through Friday. All advising will take place in our Assembly Room on the first floor. No appointment is necessary. Please make sure to wear your mask.
Students who need immigration documents signed for unexpected or emergency travel in the next 24 hours should come to our center between 1 and 4:30 p.m. Monday through Friday. Please use the Ring bell by the bottom of the staircase in the lobby. Bechtel staff will be onsite to provide signatures.
