Background
After earning a Master’s Degree in Biochemical Engineering from a leading university in Belarus, Kate followed a non-linear career path that uniquely prepared her for her work at Stanford. She has held roles in event management and customer success before transitioning into human resources, where she worked as an HR Business Partner at one of the largest technology companies in Belarus.
Following relocations with her husband - first to Mexico and later to the Bay Area - Kate became deeply involved in the Stanford international community. She served on the CCIS Board as Vice President and President over four years. That experience led her to join the Stanford Bechtel International Center as a Program Coordinator, where she combines expertise in events, customer care, talent development, and program management. She is fluent in four languages.
